The Welsh Government wishes to commission a bidder to undertake economic analysis to help develop its SFS proposals. The focus of the contract is on emerging proposals concerning Optional and Collaborative Actions and any changes to Universal Actions following consultation.

The timing of specific workstreams to meet the objectives will be agreed by the bidder and the client as the work under this contract develops.
