Provider must have CQC registration appropriate for the service provision.
All staff must be HCPC (health and care professions council) and AHCS (Academy for health care science) accredited.
All patients will be treated in line with accepted national standards, in line with NICE guidelines and Trust policies.
BAA & BSA Guidelines are to be followed at all times and are attached to this document above.
Staff must have suitable experience of paediatric audiology services.
