Lot 6 – Citywide Prevention and Resettlement Service - This contract is for a Citywide Prevention and resettlement services
The services are to provide prevention advice and support to single and family
households citywide with the aim of preventing homelessness and to provide
resettlement support to those moving into independent accommodation from
commissioned temporary accommodation and or those placed in emergency or
temporary accommodation by LCC Housing Options Service (HOS).
This will be a single contract delivered by two providers to ensure there is choice and
capacity for Service Users. It will be critical for the two appointed service providers to
work closely in partnership.
