This contract opportunity is for the provision of a supplier to deliver End Point Assessment (EPA) services in connection with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Army Apprenticeship Programme. EPAs will be delivered to service personnel of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME), Royal Marines (RM), Royal Logistic Corps (RLC) and Infantry undertaking a Level 3 (L3) Engineering Technician apprenticeship standard (ST0457).

The appointed End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) will be responsible for delivering the following activities in connection with the apprenticeship standard:

• Assessment Design and Delivery

• Governance, Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement

• Communications with Stakeholders

• Learner Management

• Complaints, Appeals, Re-sits and Re-takes

Learner throughput for EPA in this contract is anticipated as approximately 558 over five years and it is expected that Occupation Competence Validation Interviews (VIVAs) will take place online.
