The procurement will aim to appoint a contractor to deliver the design and construction work under a 2-stage contracting method. The works are part of ABP's ambitious vision for Port Talbot and consist of the following main packages of work - the design and construction of a New Access Road, the preparation of a Construction Logistics Zone, Sand quarry restoration and site levelling, and other associated works.The works are to be completed by Q1 2026.
