The Deployed Platform Services team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence, has awarded a 12-Month contract to STORM Technologies Limited, for the supply of support to Legacy equipment, that will be both hardware and software agnostic. The value of this requirement is £228,592.17 (ex VAT).
The contract was placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to Article 28(1) (e) of Directive 2009/81/EC (Regulation 16(1) (a) (i) of the UK Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011) for competition failure. A Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice was published on the 20th May 2021 and received no challenges.
