Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust are seeking bids in relation to the provision of waste management services including but not limited to the safe collection of waste from central waste disposal locations, transportation and waste disposal across Guy’s and St Thomas’ sites. The service provision is to be split into the following Lots:
• Lot 1 – Clinical and Offensive Waste including Reusable Sharps
• Lot 2 – General and Recycling Waste (including WEEE Waste and other non-clinical hazardous waste
• Lot 3 – Confidential Waste and Dry Paper (with option of baled cardboard where possible)
• Lot 4 – Miscellaneous Waste including some hazardous wastes
Please note that Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals now form part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and as such these sites form part of this tender process.
