The London Borough of Merton is inviting tenders from providers with relevant skills and experience to provide Supported Living Care and Support Services to customers aged 18 years or over with a learning disability and/or autism (living at a total of eighteen (18) flats across three (3) supported living schemes (77 - 88 Meopham Road, Concord House and Clifford Avenue)) to enable them to live as independently and safely as possible in their local community.

It is the intention of the Council to award a single contract to one provider covering all the three schemes.

Provision of accommodation to a customer at any of the three schemes does not form part of this service requirement and is provided directly to the customer by the landlord under a tenancy agreement. Consequently, People accessing supported living services have their own tenancy and are responsible for their own bills and cost of living although may require support from provider to maintain these in good order.
