The purpose of this tender is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to conduct comprehensive fire door inspections within the Trust premises. The goal is to ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and standards
This Technical Note is published by Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and refers specifically and only to Southport & Ormskirk hospitals & Wheelchair Services. This TN is provided to assist in describing the Trust requirements in its role as Responsible Person and is being used to set out the maintenance requirements for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive / remedial repairs/replacement. This standard is mandated for all contracts including Retained Estate and PFI arrangements and any those where NHS is not the delivery agent.
