if a group of economic operators submits a bid, the group must nominate a lead organisation to deal with the Authority. the Authority shall require the group to form a legal entity before entering into the contract.

the Authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information to reflect changes in national law or government policy. if any contract documents are accompanied by a security aspects letter, the Authority reserves the right to amend the terms to reflect any changes in national law or government policy whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies or otherwise.

Accelerated procedure required due to the urgent need to provide support for the equipment

Envisaged minimum number 2 and maximum number 5

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: interested suppliers are required to complete the Pre Qualification Questionaire to provide the Authority with information the suppliers capacity and capability aginst the selection criteria

the Authority will use the PQQ response to create a shortlist of tenderers who:

are eligible to participate

fulfil any miimum economic, financial, professional and technical standards;

and best meet, in terms of capacity and capability, the selection crtieria set out in this notice and PQQ.

Please note this PQQ will limit the number of Suppliers being taken forward to the tender stage to a maximum of 5 suppliers. All Suppliers who successfully complete the Pass/Fail & Information only Questions in section 1 & 2 will then be ranked by their total score achieved in section 2.A . in accordance with section 2.A, if applicable the top 5 scoring suppliers will then be invited to participate in the Tender stage. Should more than 1 supplier achieve the 5th highest score, all suppliers with that score will be invited to the Tender stage.
