St Helens Borough Council, People’s Services Department, is seeking to appoint an appropriate Organisation to provide a total of 336 hours support (which includes 63 hours waking night & 63 hours sleep in) for MT in her own tenancy.

The accommodation will also need to be sourced by the successful organisation.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Council is seeking to award a contract for the delivery of a total of 336 hours p/w support (105 hours p/w x 2 staff, one staff for a waking night at 9 hours per night x 7 nights and another member of staff for a sleep in at 9 hours per night x 7 nights equating to an additional 126 hours per week) for MT.

However, the aim will be to decrease the package gradually from two to one staff and from a waking night to a sleep in (this will be subject to review by Care Management).
