Scope

Description

Overview:

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced contractors ahead of an upcoming tender opportunity to deliver comprehensive maintenance services across our property portfolio. This includes both owned and leased properties-currently totalling 137 units, with plans to expand to 327 by 2028.

Scope of Services:

The successful contractor(s) will be expected to provide:

Full maintenance services

Compliance and statutory inspections

Responsive and planned repairs

Ad hoc works as required

Total value (estimated)

  • £3,000,000 excluding VAT
  • £3,600,000 including VAT

Contract dates (estimated)

  • 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029
  • Possible extension to 31 December 2031
  • 6 years

We are particularly interested in hearing from contractors with a proven track record in delivering high-quality maintenance services in the housing, temporary accommodation or public sector.

Suppliers meeting with us will be asked a series of questions and will be invited to ask questions of the Authority, we request that formal presentations are not prepared or presented at this time.
