two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Lot 1: ERP Framework Agreement
(Upper) Ceiling Value: £100,000,000 inc. VAT over four years
Description: This requirement involves establishing a Framework Agreement with one or more Bidders who meet the specified quality criteria in the standard selection questionnaire (Eligibility Questions Annex B1) and provide competitive commercial submissions (Commercial Schedule Annex B4). Bidders admitted to the Framework Agreement will be eligible to participate in subsequent call-off Further Competitions or Direct Awards for future ERP Technology requirements. The Framework Agreement will serve as a pre-approved pool of ERP Suppliers, ensuring that NHS organisations and wider Public Sector have access to high-quality ERP Technology solutions while maintaining flexibility in procurement.

Lot 2: Commitment Lot NWL ERP Call Off Contract
Value: Total contract duration is estimated to be seven years
Description: Immediately following the establishment of the Framework Agreement under Lot 1, a ‘day one’ specific NWL commitment lot Further Competition will be conducted for the provision of ERP Technology for seven NHS Trusts in the NHS North West London Integrated Care System. Following the submission of Bids, where a Bidder has responded to both Lot 1 and 2, their Bid shall only be taken forward into evaluation for Lot 2 where they have been successfully admitted to the Framework Agreement under Lot 1.
