Welsh Government - along with HM Treasury - is the owner of the Better Business Cases (BBC) product which utilises the Five Case Model methodology – a standard recognised globally as best practice for developing public infrastructure spending proposals, e.g. roads, schools, hospitals. Increasingly, Welsh Government requires its stakeholders – internally and externally - to develop propositions using the methodology to secure funding for investment.

Welsh Government have previously provided accredited BBC training to upskill officials required to develop spending proposals and we seek a partner to continue delivering an accredited training products on the Client’s behalf to the Welsh public sector.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Bidders are invited to submit Bids to be awarded the Contract for the Better Business Cases Training Partner. The Contract is for the delivery of the Services as described in the Specification and will endure for the time period set out. A budget of up to GBP 120,000 excluding VAT is available for the purposes of this contract over the initial year contract period with a 2 year extension option available.
