NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) is working on behalf of NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB), which wishes to award a contract for a non-clinical ADHD support service for adults.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the most suitable provider process.

During the standstill period, no review took place.

The contract was awarded on Wednesday 25th September 2024 and it is intended that the services are to be provided between 1st October 2024 for two years to 30th September 2026. The lifetime value of the contract is £175,000.
