We are seeking to contract with a suitably experienced organisation to manage the on-going

development of the Carers Manchester Support Pathway, to coordinate the work of the

Carers Manchester Network, and to provide the Carers Manchester Contact Point which

underpins the pathway by providing prompt, expert information & advice to unpaid carers

and a gateway to statutory assessment and extended support.
