Southwark Council is inviting you to submit a Quotation for the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Mediation Services.

Please find within these documents the relevant information including a draft terms and conditions and service specification in order for you to submit a Quotation.

The SEND Mediation service consists of an Independent Disagreement Resolution/Mediation service of up to 15 sessions and a Pre-Tribunal Mediation Information and Advice/Mediation Adviser Service between 50 - 110 service users accessing per year. The service is set out in detail in Appendix 1 - Service Specification
