The works are the Design and Build of a new college workshop broadly comprise:

• New build to create a new facility which includes an engineering workshop, welding bay, motor vehicle workshop, paint spray bay, teaching spaces, CAD and robotics teaching spaces, and associated external works;

• Removal of trees/stumps in the area currently earmarked for the new build;

• All necessary and associated connections to services;

• All necessary road closures and associated works required to complete the building and external works;

• All necessary requirements associated with undertaking the works in a live college environment;

• The diagram below clearly defines the extent of the area for the new build and external works
