Explanation:

Due to delays in service modelling and expansion procurement an existing PCP employee continuing the service presents a financial risk to the Trust and provider. The provide may therefore be required to remove the service if not contracted. If the service is removed there will be a risk to patient rehabilitation services and patient care along with increased pressures on mainstream secondary care provision, creating clinical and finaincial risk.
