The anticipated delivery of the West Smithfield project will be on a phased basis and the appointed Project Manager will be appointed to future elements on an as required basis.

The initial term of the appointment will be five years running from 1 April 2022 with the possibility of two extensions to a maximum of 31 March 2033.
