two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Authority has a requirement to award a Four year Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Resource Augmentation Service in direct support of the Defence College of Technical Training including International Defence Training. The successful contract shall be expected to source,identify and manage Suitable Qualified Experienced Persons (SQEP) for selection to DSAE to deliver and support training to the international student community at selected training sites across the UK. The requirement for SQEP is variable dependant on the number of students enrolled on training courses each year.

Please note that no business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting Framework Agreement or contract, indeed there is no guarantee that any Framework Agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc will be paid if a tender or resulting Framework Agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Bidder should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position.
