NHS England (London Region) invites suitable and qualified Pharmacies to submit their interest and completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions for the delivery of RSV Expansion Services.
Outline
Successful Suppliers will be commissioned via a CP ES which will be of the type referred to in direction 14 of the Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced and Enhanced Services) (England) Directions 2013 as amended. Details of the Enhanced Service requirements will be set out in an ES specification which cannot be altered locally. Successful Suppliers will provide the Services in accordance with the terms of the CP ES and in full compliance with their Terms of Service or Local Pharmaceutical Services contract terms, as applicable.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award.
The Procurement is being managed by the NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) hosted by NEL ICB, on behalf of the Authority, in connection with a competitive Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercise that is being conducted via a competitive process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

There are 4 Lots containing a total of 66 sub-Lots. for the opportunity described in this ITT and for this particular Procurement Process. The Sub-Lots apply to the four selected ICB areas: North West London, North Central London, North East London & South London. There is a geographical radius which must be adhered to when submitting bids as a pharmacy premise to deliver the service - this is a ½ mile radius around the geography of each sub-Lot. Potential Suppliers must select a sub-Lot to submit Tender Responses to and these will be scored and selected. Potential Suppliers must only submit one Site to one sub-Lot. The geographical descriptions of the sub-lots along with indicative map(s) can be found within the ITT documentation.
