NEL ICB have awarded a contract for planned (elective) inpatient and day case surgery, and associated outpatient and diagnostic services for NHS patients across their area, for 1 year from 1st April 2024.

This contract was previously awarded under the Increasing Capacity Framework however under the PSR, we are obliged to award this under Contract Award Process B as it is a Patient Choice contract.
