Description
BFC are looking for a service provider for the Inspection, Comprehensive Periodic
Inspection & Testing of fixed electrical installations and equipment in properties within
the Borough of Bracknell Forest.
- Periodic Inspection & Testing of Fixed Electrical installation (EICR)
- Routine annual Inspections (Walkabouts)
- Electrical equipment testing (PAT)

- £1,164,000 including VAT

Description of possible extension:
This is initially set for 3 years, depending on the KPI performance further years can be awarded after the first 3 year, planned extension program is 3 times 2 years and 1 year (2+2+2+1) however, based on meeting 90% KPI
