The Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Service in Swindon and Wiltshire will
provide practical and emotional support to victims of sexual assault and sexual harm to
help them to cope and recover.
Support shall be offered in a range of ways to suit the Victim’s individual needs including, but not limited to:
• Telephone support
• Assessment, risk and support planning
• Face-to-face support
• Groupwork
• Wellbeing and mindfulness opportunities
• Support attending other services e.g. court

The four fundamental purposes of the Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Services in Swindon and Wiltshire that the successful Tenderer is to fulfil are:
1. The successful Tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support Service for Victims of sexual harm in Wiltshire and Swindon.
2. The successful Tenderer shall work with the Customer to develop further the infrastructure to support Victims of sexual harm in Wiltshire and Swindon.
3. The successful Tenderer shall provide feedback from Victims of sexual harm on their experience of crime and, where applicable, the criminal justice system.
4. The successful Tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 2 and Priority 4 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan:
• Reduce violence and serious harm
• Improve the experience of Victims and deliver justice
