***THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT SURVEY AND EVENT ONLY***

The Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) was established on 1 July 2022 when the Black Country and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was abolished. They are part of the Black Country Integrated Care System (ICS), known as Healthier Futures, working to bring health and social care services closer together for the good of our communities.

The Black Country ICS is seeking to commission a partner that can offer both strategic and organisational development in an NHS care context that will work with the ICS, ICB and the greatest asset at the NHS's disposal, its people (in accordance with 'Our approach to working with people and communities' - see attached). Any OD partner should be cognisant of our commitment to work together with our people and communities and is able to support the system leaders to see the importance of this approach as we develop as an ICB/ICS.

The preferred partner will be able to demonstrate a track record of asset-led, people powered change, that they have a wide range of skills and capabilities and have the mechanisms and flexibilities to both adapt their support over time, as the ICS evolves; as well as be able to demonstrate how they can secure additional expertise from relevant specialists as and when this is needed.

The ICB is seeking to run a market engagement on 15th November 2022 at 11.30am. The event will be held via microsoft teams and further details will be issued to those organisations expressing an interest and providing relevant details via the market engagement survey.
