An additional 12 months is required to allow for the transition of this public service to an industry lead system. The current provision and maintenance of the Legally Compliant Solution for the Storage, Collection, Transportation and Disposal of Time Expired Pyrotechnics (TEPs) must be maintained during this period as it provides a critical service to the public.
