The winning bidder will be required to provide some infrastructure to integrate with infrastructure already installed at depots, the requirements are, but not limited to the following:

Holding tanks for additive

Dispenser pumps at fuel pump locations

Monitoring equipment and software

The provision is also to ensure regular supply of additive to all five Engineering depots
