Progress Housing Group has a contractual obligation to provide our customers with a Communal cleaning and window cleaning service, therefore the business need is to ensure that any of the group wide properties that are eligible, receive a Communal cleaning and window cleaning service and the contractor (s) appointed, works to the specification set by the group. This will include tasks such as daily/weekly cleaning of Progress Housing offices and training rooms, cleaning of community centres, communal areas of blocks of flats and window cleaning. Along with those general tasks, we may ask on occasion for additional works to be carried out such as graffiti removal, deep cleans, gutter clearance, jet washing and hazardous waste removal.
