The successful company would be required to provide effective and innovative housing related support to vulnerable people enabling them to live independently within the community.

Bidders will be required to demonstrate their previous approach / experience in delivering community benefits and are required to submit a Method Statement in the form of a ‘Community Benefits Plan' setting out how they will incorporate and deliver ‘community benefits' through this appointment. This will not be scored however may form part of the terms and conditions of this project.
