NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision to support Lead Employer Arrangements for Trainees in Dental Foundation Training (DFT).
Health Education England would like to invite potential bidders to respond to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Lead Employer Arrangements for Trainees in Dental Foundation Training (DFT) as set out in this service specification for the following regions and local areas. The Authority is looking to procure a Lead Employer(s) for a contract term of three years with annual review dates where there will be the option to extend the contract term following successful review and subject to funding made available.

Health Education England would like to invite potential bidders to respond to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Lead Employer Arrangements for Trainees in Dental Foundation Training (DFT) as set out in this service specification for the following regions and local areas. The successful bidder(s) will commence as the host organisation of the Lead Employer arrangement meaning they will be the employer of the foundation dentists within regions and local area as outlined in this specification. The contract start date will be in March 2022 with Dental Foundation Trainees employment commencing in September 2022.
The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is £1,419,000 exclusive of Vat. The contract period will be for three (3) years, with the option to extend by up to a further two (1+1) years subject to annual review and available budget.
The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 12th January 2022 at 12:00pm (midday).
