Scope

Description

Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing.

Procure Plus would like to engage with suppliers who carry out one of more of the design, supply, installation and maintenance of lifts and for clarity PP would be interested in speaking to suppliers who can do one of the elements of the work or all of the works. Procure Plus's predominant customer is social housing organisations who are responsible for residential properties and therefore we would like to engage with suppliers who have experience of supplying and installing passenger and goods lifts into mid to high rise residential buildings.

Engagement process description

Procure Plus would like to engage with suppliers who carry out one of more of the design, supply, installation and maintenance of lifts and for clarity PP would be interested in speaking to suppliers who can do one of the elements of the work or all of the works. Procure Plus's predominant customer is social housing organisations who are responsible for residential properties and therefore we would like to engage with suppliers who have experience of supplying and installing passenger and goods lifts into mid to high rise residential buildings.

Suppliers who would like to participate in this exercise will be required to complete a short introductory questionnaire that summarises their organisation and experience before being invited to attend a short meeting. To manage the resource of both the suppliers who express an interest in this exercise and the time of the team at Procure Plus, Procure Plus reserves the right to decline to engage with organisations who do not operate in this particular market. It is expected that the engagement meetings will take place from week commencing 9th June although this timetable may be subject to change.

Procure Plus provides no guarantee that a procurement will be carried out pursuant to this exercise or that it will be carried out within a given period of time. Suppliers who engage with Procure Plus should do so on the understanding that information provided is to support and develop an understanding of the market only. It does not represent information for evaluation purposes, and it will not constitute a tender. Information provided by the suppliers in this exercise will be treated confidentially.
