NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering a Diabetes Structured Education Programme.
The aim of the service is to facilitate and provide the people of Lincolnshire with a practitioner-led education programme to support the management of Type 2 diabetics. The service should offer both face-to-face and online/video support to patients across the County including areas of high prevalence and deprivation.

** THIS NOTICE IS FOR MARKET ENGAGEMENT PURPOSES ONLY **

NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering a Diabetes Structured Education Programme.
The aim of the service is to facilitate and provide the people of Lincolnshire with a practitioner-led education programme to support the management of Type 2 diabetics. The service should offer both face-to-face and online/video support to patients across the County including areas of high prevalence and deprivation.

The purpose of this advert is to invite the market to engage and provide feedback on the draft specification. This will provide the ICB with valuable information to ensure that the service and specification is fit for purpose.

The deadline for market engagement responses is by 17:00 hours on Wednesday 8th November 2023. Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the ICB to carry out any further procurement process. Any future opportunity will be carried out in accordance with the ICB’s procurement obligations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

It is anticipated that the contract period for the future contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing in April 2024. The current contract is due to expire at the end of March 2024 to enable the procurement process to be completed.
The indicative annual contract value is £60k, however this his is subject to review following the early engagement.
