Perth and Kinross Council are looking to appoint an organisation with the relevant experience, knowledge and expertise to provide recovery focused interventions. The composition of the project will compromise of 7 individuals being supported in their own tenancies, whose needs are primarily related to their diagnosis of severe and / or enduring mental health illness and common co-morbidities, such as neuro developmental conditions.

The service will aim to seek to maximise individuals independent living skills, develop their confidence and ability to become active citizens in their community and support them to fulfil their own aspirations and outcomes.
