seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Following novation of the contract from Duet Capital Holdings (in administration) to Musiq Group, renegotiation of financial terms to enable the contract to be financially viable and to define certain charges not previously quantified. Value of modification calculated over maximum contract term (1st August 2020 to 31st July 2030).

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee.
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
The original Supplier - Duet Capital (Holdings) Ltd - was put into administration. The rights to the contract were bought by the new supplier - Musiq Group Ltd. In order for the contract to remain financially viable, certain tuning, maintenance and end of initial contract period purchase charges required clarification and amendment.
