Torquay has had a seasonal Observation Wheel attraction since 2015. This process is to procure a seasonal Observation Wheel from March 2024 for 5 years. The Operator has the option to provide a bar and food outlet onsite, associated with the Observation Wheel. If a bar and or food outlet is provided the Operator must also provide suitable portable toilets including an accessible toilet, as well as a waste management plan.
