We are seeking to appoint one supplier for each of the lots detailed below. Suppliers are welcome to bid for as many lots as they wish.
Lot 1 - General Building Materials.
Lot 2 - Plumbing.
Lot 3 - Ironmongery
Lot 4 - Timber
Lot 5 - Bathroom Materials
Lot 6 - Cleaning Materials.
Lot 7 - Tool Consumables.
Lot 8 - Fastenings and Fixings.
Lot 9 - UPVC Items.
Lot 10 - Fuel Stores.
The supplier must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and in order to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other suppliers in the event of service failure.
The contract will be for a 2-year period commencing on 1st March 2022. The contracts may be extended for a further 2 year period subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term.
