The Cambridge Housing Society Limited are inviting qualified bidders to tender for providing insurance services. this will be in the form of either a single lot contract with one supplier for the provision of insurance services or a two lot contract for the provision of insurance services and for Directors & Officers Liability insurance.
This will be a restricted procedure. It is CHS's intention to award and finalise the new contract for insurance services before the commencement of annual cover for our financial year starting 1 April 2022. The contract shall start from this date and will be for a period of 48 months/4 financial years, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months/1 financial year at CHS's sole discretion.
