The Welsh Government has a number of properties that are either owned or leased. These properties house Welsh Government staff and in some instances tenants of Welsh Government. The buildings within the administrative estate require maintenance and improvement works therefore Welsh Government has a requirement for an appropriately qualified and resourced contractor to deliver the Hard Facilities Management services for these buildings. The Services shall comprise the provision of material, equipment, plant and labour resources necessary to perform and manage the following Facilities Management Services:
1. Mobilisation and Transition Services;
2. General Facilities Management Services
3. Hard Facilities Management Maintenance Services;
4. Professional Works Project Management and Design;
5. Services; and Professional Estates Service.
