Further detail regarding the scope and early market engagement to be announced. Suppliers will have an opportunity to attend Early Market Engagement activities. Details TBC.

A MEL partner is required for the Climate Ambition Support Alliance (CASA), originally named Capacity Building for International Negotiations (CaBIN) Programme.

The purpose of the programme is to build the capacity of the least developed and most climate vulnerable countries to participate in the international climate change negotiations process. High level summary of the services to be delivered in the programme are:

• Capacity building programme for developing country climate change negotiators.

• Capacity building services delivered by subcontractors and includes the provision of training as well as technical, legal and logistical support for developing country negotiators.

Expected evaluation criteria include value for money, how the programme has been managed and review of programme progress against the log frame as well as learning activities.
