Description
This is a re-tender of the Provision of Security Guarding Services to the British Embassy in Tel Aviv. The Contract will have a duration of three (3) years and is scheduled to commence on 16 December 2025 and expire on 15 December 2028. The contract may be extended by a further two years in yearly increments; therefore, the maximum duration of the contract will be five (5) years.
The central objective of the Contract is the appointment of an experienced and competent contractor to deliver the safety and security of Authority Personnel and others for whom the Authority accepts duty of care at the British Embassy in Tel Aviv.

Potential Suppliers must score PASS in the mandatory PASS/FAIL questions to progress to the ITT stage; any Potential Supplier that scores FAIL in any of the mandatory PASS/FAIL questions will be rejected as non-compliant and will not continue to the ITT stage.
The Authority will use the scoring methodology for project-specific questions to inform the shortlisting process as described in the PQQ document.

The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is set to publish the procurement for Security Guarding Services at the British Embassy in Tel Aviv. This process will be conducted in two stages: (1) Selection Stage and (2) Invitation to Tender (ITT) Stage.
Selection Stage: Interested bidders must register on the FCDO Jaggaer portal, complete the selection questionnaire, and submit their responses by the specified deadline.
After evaluating the Stage 1 responses, bidders will be notified if they qualify to proceed to Stage 2: ITT Stage, where they will gain access to the bidding documents.
