-Surface treatment;

-Pre-patching;

-Ironwork;

-Minor drainage;

-Kerbing;

Tenderers are required to submit evidence of their company's insurance certificates as part of their tender submission detailing the required level of insurance's as per the levels detailed within the Invitation to Tender document uploaded within the general attachments area.

Tenderers are required to submit S3 Tender Compliance Certificate and S7 Declaration as part of their tender submission. Form S3 can be found in the General Attachments area of the Master ITT within PCS-T. Form S7 can be found within the Commercial Envelope of each Lot. There is a Form S7 for each Lot. Tenderers must complete and return Form S7 for each Lot they are applying for.

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:

The estimated framework value will be split across all Lots with each contract awarded having different values. Contracts awarded will also be spread across multiple Contractors. Given this, a sub-contract clause is unsuitable for the framework.
