Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council have a requirement for the supply of Labour, usually with Transport and Equipment resources, to carry out highway maintenance, repair and improvement works at locations within the Council’s geographic area. The services are to support the day to day work activities of the Council’s Direct Labour Organisation. The Contractor is to mainly provide gangs of two or three operatives with transport and equipment that will work independently or alongside the council Direct Labour Operatives.
