Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is looking to procure a contract for the management and operation of its Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) within Lincolnshire.

Currently LCC owns 10 HWRCs within Lincolnshire. These are located within or near to the towns of:

Bourne, Boston, Gainsborough, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Market Rasen, Skegness, Sleaford, and

Spalding.

LCC is looking for a suitable supplier or suppliers to manage the daily operations of its 10 HWRCs and to provide staff to operate the HWRCs and engage with residents of Lincolnshire when using the HWRCs.

This contract will include, but is not limited to:

Assisting members of the public to dispose of their household waste into the correct containers on site to avoid contamination of exit streams,

to aid LCC in meeting its recycling targets,

the operation of plant on site, and

liaising with LCC and 3rd parties for the transportation of exit streams to treatment facilities or disposal locations.
