Description

This is a notice about a Pre-Market Engagement Event. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Bank of England (BoE) are procuring a new framework agreement to replace the current Consultancy and Skilled Persons Framework. This will cover Skilled Persons, Consultancy and Multi-Firm Failure and will be broken into multiple Lots.

Engagement process description

The FCA and BoE are running a Pre-Market Engagement Event at the FCA office in London on the 1st July 2025 commencing at approximately 8:30 and finishing at 11:30. This is ahead of the formal procurement. We will introduce our plans for the replacement to the Consultancy and Skilled Persons Framework and would welcome feedback from the market to inform our procurement strategy. To express interest in the event and to provide an indication of whether you would attend in-person or virtually, please email fcaprocurement@fca.org.uk and use "C&SP Pre Market Engagement Event" in the Subject line. Further details about the event will be sent to those suppliers who register interest. We may also run other market engagement events prior to issuing the tender and you are welcome to express interest in these if you cannot attend the first event.
