Translink requirement for annual software, licensing and support to Northern Ireland Railways. This provides software to NI Railways that allows interaction between Train and Track information to be captured and interpreted so that live information can be delivered to passengers/customers via various communication platforms. This covers text messages (Internal operational SMS charges) sent out to staff as operational communications is fundamental in distributing accurate operation information to staff on a daily basis

Translink intends to award a contract to Nexus Alpha Limited to carry out this annual software, licensing and support as they hold the propriety rights to the software.
