The Royal Parks is looking for a suitably qualified Provider or suitable consortia with a high level of experience and knowledge to plan, promote, produce and deliver an annual food-themed festival-style event in June for The Regent's Park in return for paying The Royal Parks a contract fee. The contract period is for five years, commencing from 25 September 2023.

This Premier London event should be family-friendly and focus on a culturally diverse range of food stalls and worldwide exhibits. The event should be accessible, inclusive and sustainable with its food and drink offer. It should provide world-class content, experiences and demonstrations for all to enjoy. The event should have high standards of health & safety and superb customer service.

The Regent's Park is an English Heritage Grade 1 listed registered Park with a rich history, high profile, and Green Flag status. It is a park of regional and national importance. The Provider must have the capacity, experience and track record necessary to protect the landscape and deliver a popular, high-quality, profitable event.
