Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award.Please note the contracting authority intends to direct award the contract to FourteenFish. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal.Doctors on the International Induction (IIP), Return to Practice (RtP) and International GP Recruitment (IGPR) programmes require an online portfolio and learning material to support them while on their programme.Heath Education England (HEE) believe that FourteenFish is the only supplier who can support the above programmes and meet the specific requirements of the HEE national Primary and Integrated Care Programme within the timeframes available. FourteenFish is the only supplier with the requisite expertise and experience to maintain continuity for the provision of a comprehensive and bespoke portfolio tool and a wide range of on-line learning and development materials in a coherent package to support the International Induction, Return to Practice, and International GP Recruitment programmes.HEE Believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be up and running from the start of the contract in April 2022 to provide the following skills provided by the current supplier which include:• Delivery of online learning resources and a bespoke online learning and portfolio platform which has been specifically adapted to support International Induction, Return to Practice, and International GP Recruitment programmes. • FourteenFish is a company that specialises in medical appraisals and provides GPs on the International Induction, Return to Practice, and IGPR programmes with a portfolio tool and an extensive library of specialist learning and development material in a package that is coherent, easy-to-use and allows supervisors and Training Programme Directors (TPDs) to monitor the GPs progress.• Comprehensive experience of the development of a bespoke online learning and portfolio platform.• Continued delivery of an accurate and up to date online learning and portfolio platform.The financial envelope for the contract is £69,332 – £207,996 (dependant on extensions) exclusive of any VAT.For the Specification, Contract and the Case for Direct Award please access the portal at: https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family E-Tendering portal.
