The following relates to services commissioned across Cheshire & Merseyside ICB (St Helens Place).

The service provides assessment and treatment for adults over the age of 18 years who are exhibiting signs and symptoms of ADHD. The aims of the service focus on improving the well being of adults with a new diagnosis of ADHD, reducing the number of anti social incidents, increasing the employment/educational opportunities, improving family relationships and reducing the incidence of risk taking behaviours for people with ADHD.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS Cheshire & Merseyside ICB (St Helens Place) intend to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for 1 year via Direct Award C to the current provider to deliver Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Community assessment and treatment services in St Helens. The contract will start on 1st April 2024, expire on 31st March 2026 with an option to extend for 1 year and has an annual contract value of £180,000 (+ any applicable NHS uplift).
