two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Port wishes to subcontract all elements of its biomass materials handling service for one client except for the operation of the cranes which unload the ships.

The operation will comprise all elements from the operations of the quayside hoppers through all phases until re-loaded for export.

Additionally as the biomass tends to generate a large amount of dust, cleaning services are also required to support the handling operations.
